It's Time for Better Splits!

You've been dialing for dollars and paying your dues, now it's time to get rewarded for it.

What does this mean for you?

Here's the breakdown:

No BROKER FEE means you pay your broker NO MONTHLY FEE to have your real estate agent's license held.

No DESK FEE means you pay your broker NOTHING for a desk, phone, or office.  You are working your real estate business more and more from a 'virtual office' (Email, Cell, PDA, most real estate applications are online).

$100 Agent Setup means we need to pay our staff to setup agents in our organization, as well as establish their web presence, email accounts (see below), and file paperwork.  We pay people this entire sum for their administrative effort.

$249 annual web marketing account means we will establish your 3-page web site (it's essential, uncluttered, simple, and allows for an agent page, some info about market niche, and a reply form.  It's USELESS to advertise your inventory, especially properties from 3 years ago.  Current info and a way to contact you are adequate).  This is paid directly to the web hosting company for their services and email support.

75/25 to START means that your split on deals you prospect, we provide, or are gained by any means earn you 75% of the commission side; on sell side, buy side, or either side of property leases. Close progressively larger volumes of business and your split goes up to 80%, then 85%, then 90%. For those exceeding the business levels granting 90% commission, equity ownership opportunities exist. You control your income. At 75% for starters, you can reach your goals a lot faster than those 50/50 shops.
